By using Free Classroom Tools, you agree to these terms. The site is intended for teachers, school staff, trainees and other adults supporting classroom learning. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site.

The classroom tools are free to open in a web browser. An account is only needed if you want to save work across devices or subscribe to Plus. Tools are provided as practical classroom helpers. They are not a substitute for professional judgement, school policy, safeguarding procedures or specialist assessment.

Output from AI-assisted tools (for example lesson planners, report comments or parent emails) is a draft only. Teachers must review, edit and take responsibility for anything used with students, parents or colleagues.

You do not need an account to use the classroom tools. A free account lets you save work, and Free Classroom Tools Plus is an optional annual subscription that adds cloud saves, collections, access across devices, version editing and private share links. The tools themselves are never placed behind a paywall.

If you register, you must provide an accurate email address and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, and you should tell us promptly if you believe it has been accessed without permission.

Plus subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring annual basis through Stripe, our payment processor. The price and currency shown at checkout are the price that applies. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your account. Cancelling stops future renewals, and access to Plus features continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Because access is provided immediately, refunds are not normally offered for a partly used billing period, but contact us if something has gone wrong and we will look at it fairly. Nothing in these terms affects statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

We may change what Plus includes or how much it costs. Material changes take effect from your next renewal, and the current price will always be shown clearly before you are charged. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.

You agree not to use the site to:

• Upload or process unlawful, harmful or confidential pupil data beyond what a tool needs for momentary classroom use
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape abusively, reverse-engineer or overload the service
• Misrepresent the site as an official school system, awarding body or government service
• Use tools in a way that breaches your school's safeguarding, data protection or behaviour policies

Where a tool stores information only in your browser, you remain responsible for what you type on a shared classroom device and for clearing it when needed.

Site design, branding, blog articles and original tool interfaces are owned by Free Classroom Tools unless otherwise stated. Teachers may use the tools and share links freely for educational purposes. Republishing our blog articles in full without permission is not allowed; short quotations with a link back are fine.

Work that you create and save — tool setups, class lists, collections and similar content — remains yours. We store it so we can show it back to you, and we do not claim ownership of it.

The site may display advertising (including Google AdSense) and may use analytics to understand which tools and articles help teachers most. Advertising cookies and related storage are only enabled with your consent where required. See our Privacy Policy for details and use Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice.

Advertisements are provided by third parties. Free Classroom Tools does not control every advert shown and is not responsible for third-party advertiser sites or offers.

We work to keep tools reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect accuracy or fitness for every school context. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Free Classroom Tools is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
