Most tools on this site are free to open in a web browser with no mandatory account. Tools are provided as practical classroom helpers. They are not a substitute for professional judgement, school policy, safeguarding procedures or specialist assessment.

Output from AI-assisted tools (for example lesson planners, report comments or parent emails) is a draft only. Teachers must review, edit and take responsibility for anything used with students, parents or colleagues.

You agree not to use the site to:

• Upload or process unlawful, harmful or confidential pupil data beyond what a tool needs for momentary classroom use
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape abusively, reverse-engineer or overload the service
• Misrepresent the site as an official school system, awarding body or government service
• Use tools in a way that breaches your school's safeguarding, data protection or behaviour policies

Where a tool stores information only in your browser, you remain responsible for what you type on a shared classroom device and for clearing it when needed.

Site design, branding, blog articles and original tool interfaces are owned by Free Classroom Tools unless otherwise stated. Teachers may use the tools and share links freely for educational purposes. Republishing our blog articles in full without permission is not allowed; short quotations with a link back are fine.
